EIS implemented High Availability Replication with MS Azure for a northeast Ohio global services company that provides a web portal for all of their customers.  …..The company’s Web Portal Application was replicated in all geographic regions to provide a High Availability or failover Azure environment.  EIS also implemented Development, QA, and Production areas in Azure to house all  code in code in the Azure cloud to better control testing change control and promotion of any modifications or add-ons.

Our EIS team successfully created a web portal for a large, national printing company which allowed the user to upload complicated designs and color palettes and to be able to incorporate customer design logos, pictures, and drawings, which can then be etched onto shirts, banners, emblems, window or wall clings, decals, and vinyl products. The site is tailored to allow users/distributors to run their own branding  business for any printed and monogrammed collateral. EIS developed a system to understand web requests for any type of order – new, old, inquiry, change - and direct that order through the proper process in order to organize data and respond to the request in the most efficient manner. The ORDER Director initiated new orders to be entered, updated ERP System GREAT PLAINS with inventory, shipping, and start product production, if needed. This was a system that started and completed orders instantly through the web portal with complete end to end services .

EIS designed, developed, and implemented a divisional data warehouse and business intelligence system for a local mid-size Insurance Broker. We worked closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce reports, dashboards, and self-service BI (ad-hoc reporting) in the areas of supply chain management, accounting, sales, and backlog (inventory). This project lasted approximately one year using two full-time consultants. EIS currently has one dedicated consultant supporting web development and reporting needs, as well as one part-time consultant that supports their content management system (SharePoint).

Our skilled EIS team developed a client facing application for a global services company using the latest in graphical interface, middleware and integration tools that provided a more engaging site and added value for the end user. The client custom Web Portal product, allows customers to add or change any of their deployed technology equipment in their Data Center or Co-Location Facility in real time to begin coverage for support or service contract for the equipment. The most advanced coding techniques and talent delivered a world class solution. Our EIS Team was comprised of 5 members and the Agile Scrum Master for the life of the project.

New Business – EIS performed set up and implementation of all business technology. We purchased and implemented Hardware, Servers, Computers Software Applications, Email and CRM Products. Our team developed an E-Commerce fully integrated Website with SHOPIFY which handled all business sales and order fulfillment.

Our IT consultants designed, developed, and implemented a custom .NET solution in SharePoint a food manufacturing firm that would allow the Human Resources Department to process employee’s unscheduled time off requests. This solution involved receiving information in real-time from a time clock system, which was integrated with a cloud hosted IVR solution. The employee’s information, along with the voice recording, was copied into a SQL Server Database which then determined who needed to be notified in real time and was accessed from a SharePoint Web App. The system generated notifications to shift supervisors immediately so that labor adjustments could take place without interrupting production planned schedules.
